PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire C.C.S.H 800 is based on a blend of organic and sequestering agents and sodium salts. is a corrosion inhibitor and scale preventative synergies by organic sequestering and dispersing agents specially formulated for hot water closed systems and all types of internal combustion engines, diesel, gasoline, gas, etc., hot water radiators.

Thermidaire C.C.S.H 800  brings all types of corrosion to a stop. It rapidly seals off all corrosion susceptible metal surface, with an inert tannate sheen (no thermal insulation) against further corrosion

DOSAGE:

The correct treatment level depends on the operating conditions such as: pH, temperature, and concentration factor of the hot water, and the mechanical design of the system. Thermidaire C.C.S.H 800 is tested by the pH level of the water (between 8.5 and 9.0).
Thermidaire Corporation will specify the optimum treatment level for any plant.
Initial dosage: 1 gallon of C.C.S.H. for 500 gallons of water in the system (until pH reaches a 8.5 - 9.0 level)
Continuing dosage: to maintain the pH reading within a range of 8.5 - 9.0.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire C.C.S.H 800 can be introduced into the system directly or through a pot feeder.

HANDLING:

Non-hazardous material, although care should be taken as with all other industrial chemicals. Could cause akin discolouration
Avoid breathing mist, avoid contact with clothing, eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush immediately with plenty of fresh water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Wear protective clothing, safety shoes, glasses, goggles keep out of ignition sources. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated places. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with oxidizers. Wash thoroughly after handling.

SPILL PROCEDURES:

For small spills wipe out and dispose in waste containers. For large spills contain by diking with soil or other non-combustible absorbents and dispose in waste containers. Keep out of sewers, surface waters, and soil. Local effluent regulations must be observed.

Thermidaire C.C.S.H 800 is packaged in none-refundable 5 gallons pails and 45 gallons drums.
