PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 specially formulated all in one oxygen scavenger, corrosion inhibitor, scale control and dispersant of calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, iron oxide, sludge and on line boiler cleanup.
Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 is an organic extract with no mineral chemicals added, specially compounded for purpose of protecting the underwater surface directly, in any vessel carrying water.
Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 absorbs dissolved oxygen completely, forms a protective mono-molecular sheen on underwater surfaces, immeasurable in thickness, not to affect transmission of heat, will afford electric insulation against galvanic current up to 2 volts.
Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 prevents scale-forming particles from adhering together and from building up a hard or soft crystalline growth on heating surface to be mechanically treated colloidally in solution and the deposited sludge to be blow-down with normal blow-down, in turn preventing scale formation and oil from adhering to surfaces. No over-heating and damage through small amounts of oil inadvertently entering the system can occur with D.M. Concentrate treatment in proper proportions.

DOSAGES:

Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 is normally dosed so as to maintain the boiler water at a tannin index (D.M. value) of 18 to 20. The correct treatment level depends on conditions such as operating pressure and the chemical composition of the feed water. Thermidaire Corporation will specify the optimum treatment level.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 normally 4 -5 ounces for every 1250 US gallons of soft water. May be injected directly into the boiler, return tank, hot well, or by special chemical feeder pumps proper required portions are mixed in feeding tank of hot water (180⁰F) at an ratio of 1 part D.M. Concentrate with 20 parts water.

HANDLING:

Thermidaire D.M. Concentrate Supreme 102 is non-corrosive, non-hazardous product. However, care should be taken as with all other industrial chemicals. Prolonged exposure can cause eye and respiratory tract damage. Harmful is swallowed or inhaled. Avoid contact with clothing, eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush immediately with plenty of fresh water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Wear protective clothing, safety shoes, glasses, goggles keep out of ignition sources. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated places. Keep container tightly closed. Wash thoroughly after handling. 

SPILL:  Sweep up liquid and dispose off safely, flush area to drain with plenty of water. Observe local disposal regulation
