PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 is a blend containing a volatile amine of a low distribution ratio, specially formulated to protect and inhibit condensate corrosion caused by carbon dioxide in steam and condensate return lines. The product is suited for systems, which include short to medium-length runs, in medium to high-pressure steam boilers.
Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 is a neutralizing amine formulated to neutralize carbonic acid in the short return and steam lines.
Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 is approved by Agriculture Canada to be used in food establishments.

DOSAGE:

Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 requirements are in direct proportion to the amount of carbon dioxide entering the condensate system. The condensate pH should be between 8.4 and 9. Your Thermidaire Water Treatment Consultant will provide you with the correct dosage.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 can be fed separately to the deaerator storage section, feedwater tank, feed-water line, or directly to the boiler steam header and with other boiler water treatment chemicals.

HANDLING:

Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 is a harmful product, causing severe skin, eye, and respiratory tract damages.
Avoid breathing mist, avoid contact with clothing, eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush immediately with plenty of fresh water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Wear protective clothing, safety shoes, glasses, goggles keep out of ignition sources. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated places. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid contact with oxidizers. Wash thoroughly after handling.

SPILL PROCEDURES:

Extinguish all ignition sources. For small spills wipe out and dispose in waste containers. For large spills contain by diking with soil or other non-combustible absorbents and dispose in waste containers. Keep out of sewers, surface waters, and soil. Local effluent regulations must be observed.

PACKAGING:

Thermidaire Neutratherm 301 is packaged in none-refundable 5 gallons pails and 45 gallons drums.
