USES:
Thermidaire Phtreat 102
is a liquid blend of alkaline
material based on sodium hydroxide
and sodium salts, designed for
use in systems containing waters
of low pH and low, medium and
high hardness.
Thermidaire Phtreat 102
primarily intended to increase
the pH to proper range for good
corrosion control, and can also
be used where acidic waters
require pH adjustment and where
acidic wastes must be neutralized
prior to discharge. In addition,
it can be used for alkalinity
control in steam boilers and
cooling towers.

DOSAGES:
Requirements will vary depending
on the nature of the make up
water, the type of system, The
treatment dosage should be adjusted
to the desired reading of pH,
average dosage is 100-150 ml.
/ 1000 imperial gallons (1250
US gallons) of make up volume
to maintain pH value of 9-10.
Adjustments in dosages can be
made on the basis of plant analyses
performed with simple pH test

Consultant will establish the
proper dosage.
FEEDING:
Continuous feeding by chemical
metering pump is recommended.
The treatment should injected
to the deaerator storage section.
Shot feeders can be used.
HANDLING:
Thermidaire Phtreat 102
is a strong alkali that can
cause serious burns, avoid breathing
mist, avoid contact with clothing,
eyes and skin, should contact
occur, flush immediately with
plenty of fresh water. If discomfort
persists, seek medical attention.
Do not take internally.
Keep closed at all times
