Thermidaire Phtreat 103 is a non-toxic liquid blend of a special mineral alkaline, all organic salts, designed for use in systems containing waters of low pH with low, medium and high hardness
Thermidaire Alktreat 103 is recommended for food processing facilities.
Thermidaire Phtreat 103 primarily intended to increase the pH to proper range for good corrosion control, and can also be used where acidic waters require pH adjustment and where acidic wastes must be neutralized prior to discharge. In addition, it can be used for alkalinity control in steam boilers and cooling towers.

DOSAGES:

Requirements will vary depending on the nature of the make up water, the type of system, The treatment dosage should be adjusted to the desired reading of pH, average dosage is 100-150 ml. / 1000 imperial gallons (1250 US gallons) of make up volume to maintain pH value of 9-10. FEEDING:

Continuous feeding by chemical metering pump is recommended. The treatment should injected to the deaerator storage section. Shot feeders can be used.

HANDLING:
