PRODUCT USES:
Thermidaire Rltreat-901-H is a highly concentrated blend of
a special filming amine, three volatile neutralizing amines of low, medium and high distribution ratios,
the filming amine will prevent the formation of corrosion. Thermidaire
Rltreat-901-H specially
formulated to protect and inhibit condensate corrosion caused by
carbon dioxide and/or dissolved oxygen in steam and condensate return
lines, suited for complex steam systems, which include very short, short, medium and long - length
runs including boiler room equipment, in high pressure steam boilers
(900 to 1500 PSI) and will provide, inhibits corrosion in vapor-phase
processes and to cold-end equipment in the flue gas systems specially in
high efficiency installation which operate at or near condensation
conditions. Provides full protection for multi-stage turbines.

DOSAGE:
Thermidaire Rltreat-901-H dosage
is related to the amount and the quality of make-up water, if used for
the protection of the steam return lines and the condensate, the dosage
can be estimated at 10-15 PPM in the steam, when used as
vapor-phase process corrosion inhibitor, it can be estimated at 25-50
PPM in the steam, the dosage should be adjusted depending on the nature
of the operation. when
used as a flue-gas corrosion inhibitor, the dosage can be estimated at 1
gallon per 1000,000 cu ft of natural gas burned.. All guide lines for
boilers operating at 900 PSI and higher should apply.
FEEDING:
Thermidaire Rltreat-901-H can be fed by means of
dosing pump separately to the
deaerator storage section, feed-water tank, feed-water line, or
directly to the boiler steam header when used to protect steam
return line and the condensate.
Thermidaire Rltreat-901-H when used as vapor-phase process
corrosion inhibitor, it can be injected to the gas steam. after the
thermal deaerator can be fed with other boiler water
treatment chemicals.
HANDLING:
When handling, Thermidaire Rltreat-901-H, ware safety
glasses and protective gear., avoid contact with
skin and eyes. Should contact occur, flush immediately with plenty
of water. Avoid breathing vapor. Seek medical attention.
