PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 Non-toxic. Non-foaming multi purpose high molecular weight polymeric materials and functions in water as a polyelectrolyte. When it is mixed with mud, the positively charged polymer particles attract the negatively charged mud particles of both colloidal and above colloidal size. The charge thus becomes neutralized and large agglomerates build up. This results in massive flock particles, which having a larger surface than the fine mud particles, do not compact together. Thus Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 renders mud more flocculent, looser, and lighter in character.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 Used as industrial cleaner and dispersant designed for use in steam boilers systems for the removal of mud, solids, silt, and oxides Takes the stickiness out of mud and sediments, under many water quality conditions preventing suspended solid from adhering to heat exchange surfaces.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 has been utilized to provides dispersant properties and hold a variety of different Suspended solids in suspension for easy removal.

DIRECTIONS:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 Add 2-3 gallons to the boiler water, maintain water temperature below 170 f. circulate the water for 2-4 hours, drain the boiler, fill with fresh water, drain and fill with fresh water. Add the treatment. Adjustments in dosages can be made depending on the condition of the boiler. Consult Your Thermidaire Water Treatment consultant for the proper dosage.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 701 can be introduced into the boiler through the manhole.

HANDLING:

Avoid contact with eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush with water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Do not freeze, store at moderate temperature. Keep container closed at all times.
