PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 is a non-caustic, liquid degreasing and detergent, soluble in water, incorporating a blend of alkalis with suitable wettants.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 is non-corrosive to ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Extra care should be given when cleaning aluminum and its alloys.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 removes greasy and oil bound deposits from all surfaces and it is applied to condensers, oil coolers, engine and compressor water jackets, air coolers, engine parts lubricating the oil systems, pavement and concrete, and it is widely used for degreasing the new boilers and removing the oil contamination from the boiler, feed water lines.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 Used as industrial oil remover, cleaner and dispersant designed for use in steam boilers systems operating under many water quality conditions preventing oil and suspended solid from adhering to heat exchange surfaces.

DIRECTIONS:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 703  Fill boiler to working level and raise water temperature to approximately 150⁰F and add 10-15 Gal for each 200 gallons water capacity. Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 can be poured directly into boiler through manhole or valve cover opening. Fill boiler to full glass; box up boiler and bring up to 5-10 lbs. pressure according to the normal boiler operating practice. Maintain boiler with 5-10 lbs. pressure for three to four hours, periodically opening the scum valve, if fitted. When cleaning aluminum or its alloys Thermidaire Thermaclean 702 should be used at ambient temperature and not more than 5% strength.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 liquid form can be poured directly into the boiler through the manhole or valve cover opening, or circulated by an independent pump. The tank surfaces should be frequently scammed.
Thermidaire Thermaclean 703 treatment should be followed by a hot water flushing procedure.

HANDLING:

Based on a blend of non-caustic alkalis. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush with water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Do not freeze, store at moderate temperature. Keep container closed at all times.
