PRODUCT USES:

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 Unique combination of corrosion inhibitors, and dispersants blend especially designed for cooling towers, includes cathodic and zinc corrosion inhibitors provides excellent corrosion protection by creating a Passivating barrier forming monomolecular film on all metal surfaces for inhibiting corrosion.

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 has been utilized to help in controlling a variety of different scale species, provides dispersant properties to control suspended solids, recommended for use with soft system water and low alkalinity.

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 designed to provide multi metal with excellent corrosion protection while maintaining clean heat transfer, acting at the same time to increase the solubility of scale forming aliments.

DOSAGES:

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 the treatment should be used in sufficient quantity to maintain 100-120 PPM. Feed rate is 1 lb. / 1000 gallons system volume. This level of treatment should be tripled in the first two seeks to clean the system and establish the monomolecular film. Adjustments in dosages can be made on the basis of plant analyses performed with simple test equipment. Consult Your Thermidaire Water Treatment consultant for the proper dosage.

FEEDING:

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 should be introduced into the system continuously. Automatic bleeding and feeding system must be used.

HANDLING:

Thermidaire Thermacor 202 acidic, relatively mild material, avoid contact with eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush with water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take internally. Do not freeze, store at moderate temperature. Keep container closed at all times.
