PRODUCT USES:
Thermatreat 309-H,
High performance blend of surface active polyamines, volatile amines
sulfonated copolymers and deposit control additives, effectively prevent
the accumulation of scale and sludge, and provides full protection
against corrosion maintaing efficient heat transfer.
Thermatreat 309-H,
high performance dispersant and/or conditioner, disperses the
accumulated sludge, enabling it to be removed by normal blow-down,
keeping deposits from forming on the water side surface,
Thermatreat 309-H, protect
all water and steam-affected surfaces by protective monomolecular
film preventing deposits from adhering to the surface and eliminating
corrosion to assure maximum results
with minimum treatment.
Thermatreat 309-H,
decreases the incidence of boiler clean-up, thus lowering operating
costs.
Thermatreat 309-H,
is an iron transport agent preventing iron and hardness deposits
with high thermal stability
DESCRIPTION:
Physical state: Liquid
Colour: Light yellow.

DOSAGE:
Thermatreat 309-H,dosage is to be added to the feed water
at 7 PPM, dosage based on a 50 cycle boiler water, if the boiler
water is running at a different cycle, the dosage need to be
adjusted to achieve 500 ppm product in boiler water. All
guidelines for boilers operating at 900 PSI and higher should apply.
Your Thermidaire Water Treatment Consultant will provide you with
the correct dosage.
FEEDING:
Thermatreat 309-H, a continuous
feeding by chemical metering pump.
HANDLING:
Thermatreat 309-H, avoid contact with
eyes and skin, should contact occur, flush immediately with fresh
water. If discomfort persists, seek medical attention. Do not take
internally.
